Flour Services

Our “Flour Services” project is the product of the relationship Grain Services enjoys with Luigi Meggiorini and aims to support our customers in the production and sale of the final product. The service aims to establish a bespoke relationship focused on the needs of the customer.

Improvers and enzymes

An initial consultancy service provides advice relating to the needs of our customers and is followed by an offer of products representing a cost-effective solution for improving the organoleptic and rheologic specifications of flours. Once the best products have been identified, a portfolio of possible suppliers is created, complete with details of the characteristics and prices of the individual samples. Once the product procurement process is complete, we continue to support our customers by handling any issues related to delivery or quality.

Gluten

An additional service concerns the supply of a product used widely in the milling market: gluten. Our knowledge regarding the needs of mills and of the starch industry gives us the advantage of being able to offer a service that is always up-to-date as regards the varieties and prices offered by the various manufacturers. We can provide enhanced business support thanks to our skill in solving administrative and quality-related issues.

Plant and Equipment

Our range of services also comprehends the sourcing of contacts for the building or replacement of plant and equipment used for processing or storing flour. Our contacts on the market and our experience in the milling industry puts us in a perfect position to provide a service matching the needs of mills and of the mill’s customers, cutting back on any ambiguities relating to flour quality and machine performance.
